A lot of Somalis do Tahrib through Central America and into United States. If we get a population going in Tijuana that is the border region of Mexico to the USA, the Mexicans will really appreciate the Somali food as they aren't used to it. They're tired of Mexican food. I been through TJ before.
But anyways, I am in Somalia now as a lot of you are aware. I've seen some problems here so far that if fixed can boost the country ahead and get it more developed.
1. In Mogadishu Lots of Syrian and Turkish dentists that popped up, the Turkish ones I can understand as Turkish doctors are real educated, but the Syrian ones that say they're a "Doctor' are really not real doctors. Some are actual real certified and licensed Doctors but a good chunk of them are not. Somalia government should not just allow anyone to become a "Doctor" without like full background check of credentials and exams/tests like Kenya does.
2. Khat needs to be banned from Somalia . Somalia can grow its own Khat and make revenue from it if it won't ban it, but Ethiopia and Kenya grows the Khat that comes here to Somalia. So we're allowing a next door Gaalo (Christian nations) to make money from our people via a Khat Amphetamine drug. Speaking of Amphetamine, Khat has a physical problem that it causes in people in Somalia. It ruins their sleep cycle. When you do Khat during the day or evening, you won't sleep at night or if you do sleep you won't get much of a deep healing/rejuvenating sleep. So this means people can't be productive and they are low energy, thus the country can't progress faster and modernize faster like Kenya. Kenyans don't chew Khat and look at Nairobi, it is more developed and a financial powerhouse of East Africa. Mogadishu can become like this too.
3. Construction is behind here in Somalia, the technology in construction is lagging and so is safety. They use a pile of sand they mix with cement to re-enforce bricks and the pile of sand outside gets picked up by the hot wind and blown into peoples faces, so the streets are dirty with sand and sad blowing around in the hot daytime weather. Not clean.
4. People throw garbage like plastics all over the place, they need to start recycling and doing mandatory cleanup days per month and become like Kigali the cleanest city in the world. Farmaajo or whatever needs to ban plastic bags and have mandatory cleanup days during the week and promote use of bio-degradable materials. Mogadishu was cleaner and less dirty and less hectic/crazy back in 2014 when I last visited it than it is now in 2021/2022. But i have noticed Hormuud and Farmaajo and other businessmen paved some new roads which is very good thing.
5. Too many people doing Tahrib or trying to get out of Somalia and come to America. Too many births. Too much overpopulation. Too many people in Mogadishu. They need to limit children a couple are allowed to have. Bring population control like in China.
