Big Y DNA test needed from certain clans

@Bulletproof how long does it take for my sample to reach the dna testing lab?

Thanks for the Great work your doing for Somali/Genetic history. A dedicated site for all Somali YDNA, This is what i was asking, for a long time since i took my big Y in 2020. I was more like our bro @Bulletproof giving info to Somalis to test on many Somali platforms.I also was proud to work with SDPP. Its thanks to Somali DNA Peace Project @BluSkee that so many got tested.

to you site for info and testing (I already gave the site to 2)
 
Since it takes long time for big y results and the forum gets boring, Lets have something to talk about. I am requesting
we make saterdays 23andme relative and Haplogroup talk day:

1-Posting about unique Clan HGs (Not V32 and T1a)
2-Persons with non-clan majority HG.
3- Other 23andme info ,,,,,,

I'm all in for creating a page just for Somalis on 23andMe! However, I'm a bit stuck on what kind of info we should offer. Any ideas? I'm open to suggestions on what would be most helpful for them.
I will let you know if I come up with something.
 
Would it be possible for someone to reach out to the Oromo or Aw-Hassan individuals and ask them to upgrade to T2T? I suspect the Oromo brother could bridge the gap between E-Z21175 and E-Y17859. Additionally, the Aw-Hassan brother could either join one of the existing branches or form a new one with one or both of us. Even if none of that happens, they will contribute information that could be helpful to all the samples under E-Z813.
Upgrading the Saudi and Egyptian samples under E-Y55058 could have a somewhat similar effect.

@BluSkee can we move the Dhulbahante sample under E-CTS7146* to T2T? I am guessing it will cost €23.00 to move him because he already has a BAM file instead of VCF.

Does yfull allow us to pay for other people’s samples because I want the makahil sample to stay.

@Malawax Why is abaq’s sample getting removed now? He has been on Yfull almost a year now. It doesn’t make sense to me.

This has been confirmed by both 23andme and big y.
